동시세션 1.3: 교육기회를 통해 협동조합 정체성 다시 돌아보기

Ainara Udaondo is the Director of LANKI – The Institute of Cooperative Research, at the Faculty of Humanities & Education Science, Mondragon University in the Basque Country of Spain. She has worked in LANKI since 2001 and has been Co-director or Director since 2012. She is a member of the Faculty’s Senior Administration Council and Coordinator of Professional Development for cooperative enterprise at the Faculty. Her research and applied work focus on cooperatives and the social economy, in particular, the Mondragon cooperative model, and she has done extensive cooperative enterprise education and training in numerous Mondragon cooperatives, as well as in other settings. Ainara is also a lecturer in several post-graduate courses, including the Faculty’s Masters in Cooperative Enterprise and Social Business Management, developed and coordinated by LANKI.
