Manuel Felipe Issa Abadia is the Corporate Manager of Human Management and is in charge of Corporate Management of Marketing and Services at the COOMEVA Group in Colombia.
Mr. Issa is a professional in business administration, with an MBA from Tulane University and ICESI University. He is a specialist in Corporate Finance and Human Talent Management. He has had an 18-year career in Human Resources and is a pioneer in the implementation of high-potential talent programs in companies. He is a member of the Strategic Human Talent Committee of ANDI, a business consultant, and a project implementation sponsor.
