Parallel Session 1.2: Through Inclusive Governance

Luz Adriana is a social communicator and journalist specializing in Organizational Communication. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She has seven years of experience in Human Resources Management, specifically in Organizational Culture, with a focus on the commitment, pride, and development of collaborators, and the construction of distinguished work environments. She has supported the implementation of the Gender Equality policy in the COOMEVA Group and the Silver certification in Equipares for eight of its companies. These activities worked to to implement gender equality and equity strategies to fully develop the potential of women and men seeking equal treatment and opportunities, eliminating discrimination based on sex, and ensuring the defense of human rights.
