2.4: BY MEETING FUTURE CAPITAL NEEDS
Bruno is Managing Director of Inpulse Investment Manager, a Brussels based Fund Manager affiliated with the French Credit Coopératif Group. Inpulse specializes in the management of impact investment Funds (social economy, microfinance, social business). Inpulse currently advises or manages the following funds: SOFICATRA which provides quasi-equity support to cooperatives in the EU; CoopEst, a debt fund dedicated to microfinance and cooperative banks in CEE; and CoopMed, which provides similar support in the MENA region. In 2018 Inpulse launched the Helenos Fund, the first equity fund for microfinance and social business sector in the EU. For this purpose, Inpulse was licensed as AIFM by the Belgian Authority of Financial Markets (FSMA). All these funds are based on specific partnership agreements with private and public investors (a.o. EIF, EIB, AFD).
Bruno has 25 years of experience in inclusive finance with its main focus on equity and long-term investment for cooperatives and social enterprises as well as microfinance institutions. He has an extensive and successful track record of investments across a broad range of sectors and regions through the funds managed by Inpulse.
