Parallel Session 4.4: With Affordable Housing and Energy

Thomas Boisvert St-Arnaud is an entrepreneur, cooperator and business researcher who seeks to better understand how governance can help create value. His expertise includes organizational strategy, social economy, digital transformation, real estate and renewable energy. He has more than 14 years of experience as a director and officer of various organizations, both in Quebec and abroad. His numerous academic and professional distinctions attest to the seriousness and quality of his involvement. A founder of several companies himself, he is also involved with several community organizations. Completing a Ph.D. in governance and strategy of cooperatives and mutuals, Thomas is interested in their reality on the ground as well as the strategic issues they face. He now hopes to put his experiences to good use in the development of the cooperative and mutualist movement while developing his skills in a real-life managerial context.
